• Gameplay scores — your survival scores submitted to the leaderboard
• Display name — a name you choose to appear on the leaderboard (optional)
• Wallet address — only if you connect a wallet for paid mode (optional)
• Session data — anonymous session identifiers to associate gameplay runs
• Analytics — anonymous usage data via Vercel Analytics (page views, game events)
• Push notifications — if you opt in to notifications, your push subscription endpoint

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used to:

• Display leaderboard scores and player names
• Determine reward eligibility based on gameplay
• Detect and prevent cheating or score manipulation
• Send push notifications if you have opted in
• Understand how players use the game (anonymous analytics)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Leaderboard scores and session data are retained for a limited period as required for daily reward processing and anti-cheat purposes. Display names and wallet addresses are retained as long as you maintain a profile. You may request deletion of your data.

4. Third-Party Services

Lemon Road uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics
• Google Fonts — font loading (Comic Neue)
• Neon / Postgres — database for scores and sessions

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights or with any privacy questions, contact the Lemon Road team through official channels.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
